Beautiful apartment. Well appointed. Clean. Very comfortable. Excellent bed. Great location. Only problem was a major storm rolled in while we were there. All activities were closed. You couldn’t get in or out of Kaikoura. So keep an eye on the weather if you go in winter.

Our apartment was so neat and spotlessly clean. It had a very comfortable bed and everything we could need but it was quite dated and definitely not “luxury”.

Kitchen fully equipped with our cooking needs. Furniture comfortable, security good, parking excellent (undercover). Walking distance to main shopping area & short drive to supermarkets. The view to the ocean & mountains (snow-capped) was fantastic.

Originally booked an apartment with a lift but upon given key no lift was evident. Also told to park in one spot then told to park in another. Frustrating.

Reception is 3 buildings away. No one on site. Wifi is very poor and intermittent Brown water came out of the bathroom sink initially The heating vents need to be cleaned. The apartment is cold. It definitely is not luxury by any NZ standard.
