Likes: We were able m the 6th floor and most of our 4 nights the other floors were full of coach parties and most of them were kids. Despite that, the room was quiet. Room was clean and was well kept every day by housekeeping. Mini fridge in the room. Dislikes: Minor, but a lack of electric sockets without having to in plug something else first. Again minor, When you first arrive (in the area around the Hotel) you think OMG look at the graffiti and the rubbish, but we found that it is a very nice friendly area and that most of the Rome suburbs look like this.

I wouldnt recommend a single individual specially female as the sirrounding area isnt safe. Hotel staff was helpful. Wifi didnot work at all. Thermostat fidnt work at all and had to sleep with the window open for ventilation. Room was clean the lobby was not. Overall hotel looks more than a 3 star hotel. MetroC is 10min walk, just not safe at night.

Room was practical, and appropriately clean. Breakfast is ok

I got a room at the far end.The wifi connection there is non-existent.So i had to choose,a quiet room in the far end or super weak internet.I chose quiet. Check-in was not pleasant.Some non-Italians at the reception.No training in hospitality.I was greeted with a frown and not a smile.What type of greeting is that for a hotel guest?Doesn't look friendly,looks like checking in was a burden to him. Outside the hotel,there's a huge round public area,almost like a rollerskate or playground zone.People from the neighbourhood loitering around there till late at night.You could hear the chatting from your room.Noise ! This doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel at all.I would give it 2.Maybe 3 but not 4.Just because there's a pool,it doesn't mean it deserves a 4 star.

It's alright

My daughter and i enjoyed our stay. We had to walk to the metro as we did not have a car. It was about a 10 min walk...we got back when it was dark cpl times and for the most part, felt safe...didnt stay out past 11pm though.enjoyed the pool as it was 35c for our stay. Didnt eat at the restaurant so not sure what its like

Room was spacious and had a balcony which was lovely, ammenities of hotel were great with included breakfast, gym and a pool. Location within walking distance to some nice restaurants/shops and train station
