Excellent property with big spaces. Very clean and helpful staff who stored our luggages for a week while we travelled out of Paris. Free flow beverages in the lobby was appreciated.

The hotel was fine. Clean and plenty available for breakfast. Some reception staff were delightful but we were ignored at check in for a full five minutes as she rooted through drawers looking for something. She laughingly told us the lift was broken ( it was 35 degree heat and we’re in our 70s). There were almost a hundred spiral staircase steps to our room on the fifth floor. and more down to breakfast. Out of four days the lift worked on only one and this was difficult for us. Shame as it’s a nice hotel . We especially liked access to cold water for bottle refills in reception and tea both in the room and in reception.

Great location in Paris near the Metro!

We loved the room and the hotel breakfast buffet. Great location, very convenient! Would recommend to family and friends, and would choose this hotel again next time we come back to Paris!

Great location near Gare du Nord. Neighborhood has lots of little shops and cafes and is very walkable. Room was well-appointed and clean. Staff was very pleasant.

The family was a treatment after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend.
