The quadra key apartments are a short tram ride from the centre of Florence. Very handy and clean the check in process was easy and the team was very attentive. Only negative would be for me the main road along with the trams can be heard from inside the apartment so if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue.

Localização excelente, pertinho do tram, com supermercado e restaurante perto. Flat espaçoso, limpo e com comodidades. O único ponto negativo é que o elevador enguiçou na véspera de meu checkout e tive que descer as malas pela escada.

10min tram from Florence SM station, the stay is right next to the tram station.
There is Lidl and groceries store nearby.
The room is spotless clean, without even one hair.
Whatsapp onsite support is responsive and prompt.

This was a convenient, clean and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately we were not provided with the code before our arrival, and so in order to check-in we had to walk to another place, which was a bit confusing. The lady was very friendly and welcoming though.

We enjoyed the fact that the hotel was located in a residential location.
The one minor negative would be the very uncomfortable chairs.

The hotel is like an apartment. The front desk lady was nice. The room was nice, but you can’t request more towels because you have to pay extra. Bring toilet paper, because once you run out they don’t bring more.

Very convenient as, although it is outside central Florence, it is an easy 15 minute tram ride straight to all of the sights. Very easy as the tram is right outside the apartments and goes direct to and from the centre. Perfect.
