The spectacular Fendi suites are in the sweet spot in central Rome...the Centro Storico ...right over the flagship store. We drove right to the door ..and it was exciting and terrifying ...and I wouldn't recommend it for the faint of heart. The hotel staff however swiftly disappeared the car ...and smoothly returned it on departure. This service was representative of the entire experience...they are attentive swift. polished, professional and gloriously friendly. The lobby is on the fifth floor and it is a study in opulence and glamorous comfort. Reception staff was warm and detailed and welcoming. We had some assistance needed in contacting a business associate ....and they took it on and solved in a few calls...and reported back . Our room was a pristine polished haven of quiet elegance. Photographic images of Rome ...framed samples of couture fabrica and fur from the fashion atelier. The shower was a small room unto itself lined with towering walls of Roman marble with an overhead backlit waterfall cascade of water. I took 3 showers a day because it was so extravagant. Breakfasts were on the rooftop terrace with a perfect selection of classic Roman pastries and fruit and custom crafted egg perfection. Never mind the cafeinated excellence. I am actively planning our next trip to Rome and the Fendi. Imagine your most chic Italian friends have invited you to their perfect world. Imagine how sad it is to leave. Ciao Amore

This resort and spa was absolutely beautiful. The room was very clean. We were in a wonderful location for walking, very safe area. The staff was extremely helpful and very eager to answer any questions and help us with any reservations we needed. The morning breakfast was made to order and very delicious. We would definitely stay at this facility again.

Amazing hotel could not ask for more! check in was a breeze and the front desk woman was beyond hospitable and friendly. Location was perfect and in the heart of the Spanish steps shopping. Room was beautiful large and immaculate. Breafast was delightful and delicious. Will be a go to hotel and will recommend to all. Absolutely Loved it!!!!!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Every detail possible was thought of and perfectly executed. The staff was incredible and attentive. Every thing was absolutely perfect. We will be back.
