We liked our comfortable suite very much. The front desk staff were so welcoming, and a manager texted us right away to ask if there was anything we needed. Bob, the maintenance man, was prompt and cheerful to fix a small problem. The pool was so clean and the water warmed. We plan to visit again!

I was terribly disappointed with my families stay at Homewood Suites. Upon check in I was hit with additional charges that were not listed on Expedia's page (incidentals, pet fee, parking) equaling more than I paid for the room itself. Upon entering the suite I was happy to see how large it was, considering there were five of us and a cat. However, our shoes stuck to the floor in both the kitchen and the bathroom. It didn't feel safe to take off our shoes in case our socks were torn off. The kitchen lacked dish rags or hand towels. The refrigerator was leaking water inside. There were stains on the sheets and pillow cases. A rag sat on the bedside table. Breakfast was decent but overall the whole stay was disappointing. Will not return to this establishment and will reconsider staying at another Hilton hotel in the future.

The room was not vacuumed very good. The counter in the kitchenette were dirty as was the dishwasher buttons. The top of both dressers were dirty. The tv in the living room had lights shining through the screen as if the tv had been damaged. The front desk person was griping about the phone ringing.

Need smart tvs

The beds were comfortable and our family slept well. The bathroom didn't feel super clean. If you took a step back, you could see the toilet was grungy around the rim. The iron was burnt so didn't feel comfortable trying it and ruining clothes. The fold-out sofa bed was crumby inside. Breakfast was pretty good. We had camped a few days before, so this stay still felt like luxury, but there's room for improvement on the details.

Over an amazing stay. Everything was cleaned and ready, they were more than attentive and unkept that level of hospitality through our entire stay. Best hotel we have been to in omaha

Enjoyed the stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Buffy the Manager is an Outstanding, Wonderful, Inspiring Manager and Jake-Maintenance guy is also Outstanding, Wonderful, Inspiring people and they both go out and Beyond to help their guests especially myself. I give Buffy,Jake both all 10000 Stars!!!!!
