少しがっかり We had a mixed experience during our stay. The hotel itself was pleasant, and the receptionist was kind.
However, the cleanliness and housekeeping services could be improved. During our stay, items such as the drinking water bottle were not replenished, and used glasses were not consistently collected.
The biggest issue we encountered was with the air conditioning. Before our arrival, we specifically contacted an Expedia representative to confirm that the hotel had functioning air conditioning, and we were assured that everything would be fine. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found that the hotel did not have air conditioning available.
Additionally, the room was quite small and faced a street with frequent pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Because the room was too warm to sleep comfortably without air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open, which made it difficult to rest due to the noise. We were often awakened early in the morning because of this.
Although we appreciated the pleasant service from the front desk upon arrival, we were disappointed that when we later requested a room change or asked to speak with a manager regarding the lack of air conditioning, we were told that nothing further could be done beyond reporting the issue to management. Unfortunately, we stayed for three nights without receiving any resolution or follow-up.

The whole hotel was really well maintained. Overal a great place to be.

Yes everything was excellent; staff happy and helpful, in all departments.All areas including room clean and tidy. Great location. Only 1 thing could improve it would be having coffee/tea making facilities in the room.
