People are welcoming and polite. Its that it lacks a lot of basic amenities and the property absolutely needs refurbishment. Shower is really very small, It feels claustrophobic and if you dont shut the glass doors whole toilet gets wet. Breakfast is nice and they maintain proper hygiene. Loved that they are courteous by keeping kettle at reception with lots of options for hot drinks.

The air conditioning didn't work in one of our rooms and in the other room was so bad it was better to leave the windows open at night.

Great safe location, very quiet and located near the restaurants. The only issue was a small shower that was difficult to move around.

In Boulevard Grenelle at a walkable distance from the Tour Eiffel, Champs de Mars Invalides and easy access to public transportation , Uber and taxis. Convieniently located, clean rooms and near metro station. Good culinary alternatives in the surrounding area. We feel very safe!!

The front desk staff were very helpful and gave great advice on what to see and where to eat (especially useful as a vegetarian). The room was small but comfortable.

Hotel bathroom had black mold
Elevator was broken
Most of the Staff did not speak English
I understand small rooms / but having to climb over the bed to close the door was ridiculous
Free breakfast was coffee and juice
Parking info / was given three addresses / none of them were convenient like stated
Completely disappointed in the hotel

The breakfast buffet was amazing and had excellent staffing. Our room was large, had air conditioning, and was even private in our own breeze way. Also the location was very impressive. Only about a 5-10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.
