Ignored at check in and unwelcoming.

The hotel was a little hard to find coming directly from the airport but once we found it, overnight street parking was convenient and safe. Staff were so pleasant and helpful. The patio area out back was perfect to decompress after walking all day. Breakfast was nice and everything we had was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were a bit concerned with the negative reviews before we went. The rooms are basic but clean and cleaned every day. Breakfast is what you would expect in any hotel in Italy. The staff were helpful and accommodating to requests for additional tea and coffee in the garden area. There is graffiti on the walls in the street but you see that all over Rome. The hotel was close to a supermarket and dining options and a couple of blocks from the metro.

最高 Just right for us,. the room, the breakfast bar and the maid service. She changed the bed everyday. The bed was so nicely made it felt like the sheets were ironed. Very Very clean, the whole place. Quaint and nice
