Internet was not very stable. If you are a tourist, this not your hotel, as the location is very secluded. The room was nice, and confortable. The area is extremely quiet. The area is safe.

最高 This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. Its great for business pusposes. Its not in the center....quiet area and modern facilities.

Great location for our purposes, clean, friendly and safe. Not the best if you want to be a sight-see-er in central Madrid old town. But Uber works very well here.

The area is very quiet and beautiful. However, not so many attractions around. One point that I did not like was the cleanliness: in one instance I discovered a stained towel in the bathroom (although coming from the laundry)

Hotel is beginning to need some TLC but the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The 'hot' water on the 1st morning wasn't which meant a nearly cold shower. It WAS fixed quickly though. Somebody had used the water in the mini-bar and instead of paying for it, had simply refilled the bottles and put them back in the fridge. I noticed when I opened them and the seals were already broken. Pointed out to reception and they were replaced immediately
