We loved the resort so much and everything it offered that we extended our stay. If we could have added even more days, we would have! Rooms: clean, great condition, provided lots of water. We were welcomed to our villa with a plate of fruits and a card. Slept soundly. Maid service came daily and was thorough. LOVED having the villa with two rooms and pool. We used pool more than I’d expected and bathrooms had door to enter from the atrium! Room service was DELICIOUS. 5 star. Facilities: Trolley would pick up from wherever; so convenient! Spa was serene and melted me. Started with foot cleaning and rub, then got body scrub which was very thorough and then washed in shower and then received full body Thai massage. Cool drink was served upon arrival and hot tea upon completion. Delish. Breakfast bar was a hit for all ages. Restaurants were wonderful. Waterpark was a blast. Beach and pools were perfect but we hardly had time for them! Excursions: Concierge services really catered to us in finding the right activities for our family with kids ages 18, 14, and 9.

Dream vacation! This felt like an all inclusive resort. We booked our excursions at the excursion desk in the lobby, salivated over all of the meals we ate there (best room service meals ever had), enjoyed the water park, pools, and beach, relaxed in the amazing spa, and LOVED our villa. It was myself (Mom) and 3 of my children (18,14,9) and we stayed in the two bedroom with personal pool. We all swam for hours and relaxed on the recliners while reading or talking. My 9 year old was surprised that she didn’t even think about TV and had to schedule time to be on electronics to connect with friends back home. We traveled in end of May and there was hardly anyone there but weather was great (we were ok with the occasional random rain showers). We did a 3 island kayaking tour which was gorgeous—the phytoplankton weren’t as impressive or bright as the ones in Puerto Rico, but still cool). We loved seeing the monkeys, snakes, and bats and going through the caves and tunnels and lagoons. We also did excursion that included: rafting, zip lining, lunch, atv-ing thru mud, and elephant bathing!!! Amazing! Thrilling! Everything was SO TOP NOTCH! Already wanting to return there.

Definitely one of the nicest breakfast buffets I've seen.

My room was in better condition than my brother's room. His bathroom was quite ordinary and really needs maintenance done (regrout). There are no activities for children after 6pm (such as dart, table tennis, etc). These activities should be open until 10pm for children. I had food poisoning at breakfast on the last day of my stay. I felt sick immediately after eating the chicken sausages and had the worst case of vomiting and diarrhea for 3 days. It was not a pleasant short holiday for my family.

Excellent hotel, staff and pools, the splash park. The only downside - it is full of russians.

Travelled with my 12 Y son and we enjoyed the waterpark. Close to the airport but it did not bother us. Nice short 5 min walk to the beach and another 5 nin to get really close to the take-off for nice beach pics.

Front office staff are not so friendly. They also keep your passport or collect cash-only incidental deposit. We didn’t carry that much cash and had to leave one of our passports with them. When leaving, they took forever and rambled to find the passport, raising security concerns.

The fridge was constantly on or off . The rooms were clean and kept clean by staff. My biggest complaint was that the cleaning staff never spoke English . Very hard to communicate with . Speaking with other couples they too had the same problem .
