I stayed for a few nights and is not my first time here. Overall my stay here was good. The room is a great size and was spotlessly clean. Staff are amazing and very helpful. Overall though still a very nice hotel to stay in when doing a Dubai visit and the Marina, when it isn't too hot, is only a 5-10 min walk away which I did do on this occasion. Just a couple of downsides. This time the water pressure in the shower was very low and the temperature would not get very hot. To add to this the shower head was too heavy for the bracket that supported it so it just drooped and pointed at the wall. Not great if you are trying to have a nice hot shower in the morning. This was my only real disappointment. Also it is a shame the pool shuts at 7pm as that doesn't leave a lot of time after work to go for a swim.

Staff were amazing and so helpful. Hotel is in a great location also.

Room was clean and perfect for an overnight stay. Only issues, mirror didn't light up and there was a bit of noise in the corridor outside post 10pm. Other than that was a great stay overall.

Stayed here for 3 nights, whilst on a flight cancellation. Amazing hotel, great spacious large pool and the food in the level 8 bar is a must to try. There are other places on the ground floor to eat and dine, however never got round to going. Highly recommended stay

Clean room and great dining options. The staff are very friendly and helpful, located near metro stations and taxis regular available from outside

Very friendly staff, rooms were cleaned (a bit smaller than expected), but the single advice for those are looking to enjoy the pool please check the location of the pool as is situated on level 8 but on the sun shade after the midday.

Great hotel at price paid. Comfy bed. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Decent gym.

The staff where great i don't complain especially the guys from the breakfast but i didn't like the cleanles and the fact that i couldnt open the windows in my room i was frustraited ftom 12 flor to go out to take fresh airanyways overal was alright the tube staition it 10 minutes walkin and easy to acces to fo to. Jbr and anywhere burj khalifa
