Great suite room with excellent friendly staff. Only down side was seaweed on beaches that come and go with current but at that end of the bay is reoccurring. You can swim quickly past it to beautiful wonderful waters and long sandy beach. The buffet is AMAZING. staff was so friendly and welcoming.

Rooms were clean and modern Breakfast was incredible Dinner was amazing, plenty of choices for bothe breakfast and dinner Entire hotel staff is amazing. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Pool is perfect and lots of chairs. Beach is excellent. Note you have to pay $21 euro for 2 chairs and an umbrella with lock box on the beach. Can't say enough good things. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. Bus stop literally in front of hotel. Drinks are pricey though, but made very good. All in all excellent hotel and staff.

I think it’s important to clarify expectations, especially given the five-star classification. A true five-star hotel is defined by high-end construction quality (materials, doors, bathrooms), excellent soundproofing and privacy, premium linens and towels, and a level of personalised service and refinement throughout. Four-star hotels still maintain good build quality, proper insulation, and a polished, professional standard across rooms and service. Three-star hotels, by contrast, are more functional: simpler materials, less sound insulation, basic linens, and a more casual, often buffet-focused setup. Based on this, this hotel aligns much more closely with a solid three-star property. The construction quality and finishes are fairly basic, soundproofing is limited (you can hear other guests), and the linens and overall room feel are not at a luxury or even upper-upscale level. The large buffet format and general atmosphere also reflect a more casual, mid-range positioning. That said, within that category, it’s a good hotel: well-maintained, relaxed, and with plenty of food choice. My only real concern is the five-star label, which feels misleading. If you come expecting a comfortable three-star experience, you’ll likely enjoy your stay. If you expect true five-star standards, you may be disappointed

Great property to say in terms of facility, food, room, and staff. The water in summer month when we were there was full of sea weed, but if you go past the sea weed the water was clear and clean.

I loved my spacious well appointed room. I wish there were more food options. If I wanted a large breakfast or dinner the food was great but non existent for a small meal. There is a nice option for lunch. There are other places within walking distance. If I went back to the area I would definitely stay in this hotel, They couldn't have been more helpful! The room was wonderful!

A Truly Exceptional Stay at Grupotel Parc Natural & Spa From the moment we arrived, the staff at Grupotel Parc Natural went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their warmth and attentiveness were evident in every interaction, and they consistently exceeded expectations-even offering breakfast for guests checking out as early as 6 AM. The food was absolutely out of this Every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and a wide variety of options that catered to every taste. Dining here felt like a culinary journey. The spa area was immaculate and serene, providing the perfect escape. The massages were top-notch-professional, relaxing, and rejuvenating. It's clear that great care is taken to maintain a peaceful and clean environment. Evenings were a treat thanks to the entertaining shows hosted at the hotel. They added a lively and enjoyable touch to the overall experience. Grupotel Parc Natural is a gem-ideal for anyone seeking comfort, quality, and genuine hospitality. I wouldn't hesitate to return.
