とても良い Knowing that it is under New World Group, I have selected this hotel for my business together with my colleagues. Hotel is clean, everything is good except my experience during my check in, a counter of 3 staffs in a reception, 2 very green and one probably a senior, asking me to go to other staffs as she has to check in one by one......I did not want to voice out my displeasure as we already arrived late but this is not something I would accept for a hotel of this calibre.
