My recent stay at this property was highly disappointing due to a widespread lack of maintenance and basic cleanliness. Upon entering the room, it was immediately clear that upkeep has been neglected; the walls were dirty and scuffed, and there were physical holes in both the walls and the floor. The provided office chair was old, soiled, and had a hole right through the middle. Additionally, the standard clothing rack on the wall was broken, forcing the use of a separate closet space. The television setup was also incredibly frustrating, requiring three separate remotes to navigate.part of included amenities was wifi which did not work. ​The bathroom presented even greater issues. While it featured a jetted tub with steam capabilities, the unit was completely broken. The tub also felt unsecure beneath me like i would go straight through the floor beneth me. The sink was leaking, and the shower head was spraying water from the wall connection in what looked like a very poor attempt at a repair—though the water pressure itself was decent. Furthermore, the toilet felt entirely unsecured to the floor, making a very disturbing noise whenever weight shifted off it. To conclude a very uncomfortable stay, I found a small insect in the room. I am currently trying to determine if it was a carpet beetle, tick, or bed bug, which has left me incredibly stressed about accidentally bringing pests into my own home. I will absolutely not be staying here again.

What nice chill out spot

Checked in and checked out within 1/2 hour. The place houses State People, for those that don’t know it means they house the people that just got out of jail or 1/2 way houses or hospitals. Not a safe place. Rooms are very dirty and the property is in disrepair. Calling Expedia Monday for a refund.

When I got there, after being in the car for three hours, there was a sign at the check-in window. It said, "Back in 10 minutes." I looked to the right through a glass window, and there was a guy in a room sitting there eating something while looking at his computer. He just looked back at me and pointed to this sign. I proceeded to stand there and wait for over 10 minutes until he eventually came into the front room and checked me in. I've never encountered such rudeness before. When I got to my room, I had to go to the bathroom so badly, but when I turned on the light, the light just flickered on and off like a strobe light. Almost gave me a seizure. I had to use one of the other lamps in the room and plug it into the bathroom so I could actually use it for the rest of my stay without getting a headache. Overall, this place is a dump. The crazy thing about it is it's right next to a very fancy restaurant, but that's Long Island for you.

That was the worst stay we had ever experienced! The place is falling apart, very old furniture and badly maintained. We had a four night reservation and on the second day , when we got there after a day of work, we found a flood coming from the bath tub to the room. The full floor was covered with water and my shopping bags that I left on the floor was all destroyed. They immediately gave us another room, which was the minimum they could do! The worse happened when we went to the “reception “ for checkout after four nights and my husband asked them for a fair discount for all discomfort of moving all our stuff at the end of a long day, the manager who is the owner ( he ended up saying that) treated us badly, screaming at my husband and at his employer that was trying to help us. That’s unacceptable that you pay for a service and you’re treated like trash in the end. Be aware of that place they call “hotel”!

It was really sucks the room need more clean .

A terrible experience. I didn't feel safe from the very start, and I had to leave the place in a hurry. The area seems like a no-man's-land—full of pickup trucks, abandoned cars... and all sorts of characters. Never again!

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU DO NOT ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO! It is gross and engulfed in mold. We were trying to save money but this place it NOT worth the savings. The housekeeping did the best they could, but the building and furniture are complete TRASH. The place looks like it should be condemned and the furniture looks like it was salvaged from the dump. I am not exaggerating. We needed a last-minute reservation for at least 4 consecutive nights when we received news of a relative's death. The airfare and missed work were already going to be a large financial burden, so we tried to save money on the hotel. We thought bringing our own linens and towels would be enough, but we know better now not to trust this sort of place ever again. The shower had good pressure and the hot water didn't run out, and thank goodness for that, because the only reason we stayed was because we were able to purchase bleach at the grocery store right across the street. What makes all of this incredibly surprising is that this is listed through Expedia. I am shocked they would allow themselves to be affiliated with such a property. It really makes me reconsider whether I can ever trust Expedia again. There was no ironing board, but even if there was, it would have been too filthy to use. There was no hairdryer. There was only one small lamp in a large, dark and dank room. The keys didn't work at least half the time but the AC and heat did, so we were lucky in that regard.

The room itself was terrible. One towel was available for the room when two people checked in. The only visible phone was broken and on top of the shelf. The bathroom sink was clogged there was no way to contact anyone at front desk so we waiting until morning to happily return the key and leave this horrible room.

Not a great experience
