とても良い Rooms were pleasant- staff was very helpful. Only issue was A/C could have been a little cooler

Limpieza excelente, personal amable, desayuno excelente pero el Hotel es muy viejo y el aire acondicionado no enfrió lo suficiente, se fue la luz y tardaron mucho en solucionar el problema , al principio se fue en toda la zona al cabo de unas horas aproximadamente 4 horas regresó pero no en el Hotel ahí era el único lugar que no tenía electricidad.
El encargado y su equipo estuvieron muy amables tratando de solucionar todo
No regresaría por la razón de que el Hotel es muy viejo y necesita mucho mantenimiento .

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Petit Palace Arenal. The location is excellent—within walking distance of many of Madrid’s main attractions and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. It was the perfect base for exploring the city, and we would happily stay here again.

Rooms were smelly, AC doesn't work well at all. Fire alarm went off and elevator was down 3 out of the 4 days we were there. Not what I was expecting for paying $400 per night. This is more like a motel. Location of the property is good but I would not come back to this property.

Great location on busy pedestrian street between two Metro stops- Sol and Opera. Very walkable and many dining options surrounding hotel. We heard the breakfast was good but opted to dine elsewhere due to lower prices. Great tapas place almost across the street. Fire alarm went off at 3am second night...
