Wonderful hotel just a few minute walk to the tram station to Venice. Right in the heart of Piazza Ferretto. Very clean with great little touches like the bamboo slippers. Breakfast was good too with lots of options. The best part was the completely sound proof windows! There could be a parade going on outside and you wouldn’t even know it. Noise is just something you usually have to deal with when staying in a prime area especially in the piazza, but this was an amenity I didn’t know I needed. The stuff were all extremely personable and very helpful answering questions and giving recommendations. 10/10 would stay here again

It was fun, overall. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives. The worst thing I could say was that the parking situation was strange and confusing. We had to park in a garage of a supermarket and walk with our suitcases through the store’s elevator and walk to the square where the hotel office was located. Also, the bed was rock-hard. It was like sleeping on a table. If these are the worst things I could say, then I’d say it was worth it. It was clean and really cool staying among the shops of the city’s center. It felt like we were part of the attraction. Plus the desk-staff was very helpful and escorted us to the apartment above the shops. If you’re adventurous enough to navigate the parking challenge, it’s well-worth it.

Aucune air climatisé même si le personnel de la réception devait avoir réglé la température à distance à 18 degrés.. il faisait toujours 24.5 Et tous les lits de la chambre étaient très très inconfortables sans parler des oreillers. c’est dommage car très beau propre et bien situé

Lovely spot in the centre of Mestre.

A wonderful hotel. Excellent location, aside from being a bit of a walk to the closest parking and or taxis. This trip, I had a lot of luggage, including a large snowboard bag, and was a bit of a hassle to lug it there all by myself. Otherwise, highly recommend and is very close walk to the main bus depot where you can catch your ride to the heart of Venice.

The friendly staff were very accommodating. The room was very clean. Also, the maids did a fantastic job in maintaining the room, ny making sure the room was nice and clean with soap and toilet paper being replenished accordingly.
