I stayed at this hotel more than 7 days and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The breakfast was exactly the same every single day with no variety at all, which became very repetitive during a long stay. Another major issue was the lack of support from the staff during checkout. They were not helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. Additionally, there was a bad smell throughout the corridor during my stay, making the environment uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in cleanliness, service, and food variety.

I booked through hotel.com and prepaid at an agreed price, when I checked in I was asked to pay more per day, duty manager told me they can’t accept the price hotel.com offered and either I pay or deal with hotel.com, I raised this with hotel.com however they just apologised and did nothing, no business ever with either going forward

Room was clean, staff very polite and helpful. We were upgraded to suite which was spacious and comfortable. Great views across city. Lovely large pool with loungers.

Good choice at breakfast plus the chef prepared an excellent evening curry and the on site 'pub' provided a good alternative menu with excellent craft beers. A shopping mall in the block beneath the hotel and a separate one in the adjacent block had quality products.

They claim this to be the 5 star hotel. Other than room size, everything else is consistent with or less then par with 3 star hotel. From entry to checkin to room entry, theres zero help with luggage. At checkout, no one helped with luggage. No newspaper. No secure room for holding luggage. No helper is seen around. Claiming to be 5 star is what lured me into this hotel. It falls too short in service.

The hospitality provided by all Waverly staff including security was exceptional. The room was very clean, and requests were handled in a professional manner.

The room was usually not restock with hygiene products, the breakfast options were always the same and very limited.. I saw a roach walking by the table were the muffins were kept and the fridge was not cool enough to keep the fruits fresh

Place is clean Breakfast buffet is good whole staff is friendly

I like that there’s a mall next to the hotel. The hotel has great staff. The restaurant inside the Waverly is also good as well.
