とても良かったです

ゆっくりとお散歩やラウンジサービスを楽しめました。

ベイスイートはよく利用しますが布団部屋は初めてでした。快適でゆっくり過ごす事ができました。また利用したいです。

駅からの立地の近さ、絶景の景色、ラウンジが最高！

This is a historic hotel and you can read about it in an area near the hotel called The Club, but the best feature of this hotel is the sunset view. The sunset view is so beautiful and you can see it either from your room or from the lounge at 5F. The staffs are very welcoming and wonderful. This is one of the best places we've been to where you can just relax and watch the day pass in your room in the middle of beautiful nature. We will definitely be back again.

The location. The ambience. The personal. The restaurant and the place is absolutely amazing

The hotel is very nice and has fantastic facilities. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with great amenities. Staff are very friendly however are not really fluent in English... they know enough to get by but by no means equivalent to international hospitality standards, was not well enough. The biggest downside is the extremely limited room service menu (full menu options from the restaurants are not available for room service) and the only vegan item for room service is an extremely tiny portion of french fries which had 15 fries on a plate. Probably more suited to Japanese travellers than westerners.

It's an amazing hotel I travel a lot and I consider as one of the best in the world
