A pesar de que el hotel no tiene AC, estuvimos muy bien con los ventiladores. El personal es increíble!! Amables, serviciales y siempre dispuestos a darnos un consejo para conocer mejor la ciudad.
Además está ubicado muy cerca de todo y las estaciones principales para moverte hacia cualquier lugar. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar con mi familia.

The room was clean and the staff was super friendly and hospitable. The hotel is close to all the best sights like the London eye, Westminster Abbey, great restaurants, etc. We will definitely stay here again when we return to London in the future.

Hotel and room were very clean and staff were really helpful and friendly. Only issue we had was shower was extremely hot in room 1 and we couldn’t adjust it to make it cooler. Would definitely stay again.

The luna Simone is a lovely hotel. We recieved a lovely warm welcome from the young man on reception. The hotel is clean and tidy. The area is lovely and we felt safe. Although this was our first time at the hotel, it felt like we were staying with family. Everyone connected to the hotel always smiled and made it feel home from home. Its in excellent postion close to Victoria and Pimlico stations. We walked back to the hotel late at night and felt safe. This is the best hotel I have stayed at in London. I cannot find any fault. Thank you fror everything

Lovely hotel in an excellent location close to Victoria Station. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was simple but nice with orders taken at the table rather than a buffet. We stayed in a family room for one night during the summer heatwave. The room didn't have air con but there were 3 fans in the room, which were sufficient for us. Delightful stay! Thank you very much.
