Very modern and stylish room that was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was freshly cooked and tasty.
Easy access to Loch Ness via underpass.
Hotel and car park is very busy with coaches and visitors.

This is a roadside hotel that is almost a theme park. I loved it. It is getting a little tired in some areas and in our family room the furniture didn't quite entirely fit in the room but it was comfortable, clean, the breakfast was great, and you can get a pretty good view over Loch Ness while you eat it.

The staff, the location and the breakfast were exceptional. Sadly, the amenities in the Annex double did not quite match up to the views and the fabulous team. The double room was impractically laid out with no where to put your toiletries bag near the sink and inaccessible sockets. Despite it being warm and stuffy we felt we couldn’t open the window overnight as it was easy access point. Still given 4 stars for the team, the location and the delicious breakfast

You are basically paying for the location! No faulting the staff, very courteous & friendly. Restaurant very good. But rooms are very small. Not much room at all, bathrooms compact but well presented. Hotel is also used as coach stop for boat tours on Loch Ness. Recommended but high price for small room.

Clean modern shower room/ toilet.
Nice touches with shortbread and coffee bags.

Overall, everything was good. The only issue was with the food. My child’s pancakes at breakfast had mold on them. Although the breakfast staff apologized, the experience had already ruined our appetite.

Clean accomodation (no lift) staff friendly food excellent the car park gets very busy with coaches taking people on the boat tours. The loch mess experience was excellent and coaches don’t go there so nice and quiet as well
