Staffs were coperative but property turning old ac was not up to the mark rest all was good

Staff was too lazy

yes we had a pleasant week all around .staff were pleasant and were always around to help. breakfast was decent ( there was a gas shortage ) so we were understanding of the fact. property is dated but maintenance is still visibly seen all around. it must have beenn a 5 star i"m sure at inception.

Good hotel staff were lovely. The area is very busy with tourists and traffic which spoiled the stay a little

We absolutely love this Hotel. This is our 3rd visit to this Hotel. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, breakfast buffet caters for everyone. The staff remembered us from previous visits. Comfortable rooms ,great Air con and very good location. Just a short walk to the Beach and main street. The resort Manager Ambarish interacted with us several times, even brough our breakfast to the table. Thank you Acron Regina , we hope to visit you again

The property is in need of a revamp, it's meant to be a 4 star, I would say a 3 at best, the power keeps going off all the time, the bathrooms are in need of a referb the fridge/freezer was always warm, they allow dogs to stay in the hotel rooms, but on the bright side the staff were A1 you couldn't ask for better it's a shame I couldn't say the same about the hotel 👎in one word tired

When I first checked in, bed sheet was dirty. Bathtub sinks were blocked.

Pool had algae, bathroom would flood after a shower because the bathroom door seal was broken. It remained unattended to even after I informed the front desk.
