Very good

I really enjoyed my stay the workers were very nice helpful

Breakfast was really bad and guests were questionable,,half dressed women in halls,,,women showing her butt cheeks and others dressed for night work ,do not know who was next to our room but we asked for non smoke,,,someone was smoking weed till 1 am,very uncomfortable and scary ,I do not remember it being like this last time,,,sorry for this review but it was disappointing

Everything was OK to the price in budget range, all were okay but only thing was in the property, everywhere from the lobby to the left, passage and in the room, the “ smell “ was very bad and all the areas were “ stinking “ very badly, Only they have to work on “ Smell sticking “

The property is dirty, poorly maintained. Smells of smoke and has cracks. The front desk lady had an attitude at check in n the elevators are broken

All staff was helpful and very professional handling my needs and special request for water while I was out of coins for the vending machine

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and professional. Their attitude truly made a difference during my stay, and I want to acknowledge how hard they were working.That said, the hotel itself would benefit from significant maintenance and updates. I needed to change my first room, and although the second room was an improvement, it still had several issues. At one point, the water stopped working for a few hours. The front desk team handled the situation with patience and grace, and I could see they were doing everything within their power. These challenges are clearly beyond the staff’s control and point to larger maintenance needs. Basic comforts such as reliable water, functioning AC, and proper ventilation are essential. My room was extremely humid, to the point where my clothes and even the sheets felt damp. This made the stay more difficult than expected.If not for the wonderful breakfast and the exceptional staff, my rating would have been much lower. I truly hope management invests in improving the building, because the team working here is outstanding and deserves a facility that matches their level of service.
