This was an excellent place to stay, very well located. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious with a good speed of French viennoiseries, charcuterie, fruit cheese and good coffee. But what made it even better was how nice the staff were. Very friendly and very helpful. I will stay there again.

Due to extreme hot weather upper floor room would not cool off. Fans had to be utilized to make it somewhat comfortable.

Fantastic location, very clean and nice room, wonderful hotel in Paris. Will stay again.

Friendly Staff. Nice place.

This hotel is modest on paper, and very admirable in all metrics in reality. We had to find 4 rooms at the last minute due to an emergency, and were easily accommodated with no hassle. Upon arrival the gentleman at the front desk was cordial and made a point to let us know that he was gladly expecting us - our rooms were ready and a sight for sore eyes, well above the sort of value often expected from Parisian hotels, especially in the 12th arrondissement. Very good experience.

Très bien situé, rue tranquille près de la gare de Lyon. Je recommande sans hésiter! Très propre et personnel accueillant.

We just stayed here for one night as we arrived at the gare de Lyon and headed to the airport early the next morning but the location was great (maybe a bit gritty because of proximity to train station but great for our family) and service was very helpful. A smooth visit and I would definitely return for a longer visit. Close to everything.

Beautiful place - clean, luxurious & well stocked.

I highly recommend! Extremely comfortable, truly friendly staff, reasonably priced, and best of all, located in a wonderful part of Paris, I know I would not hesitate to return. Our room was quiet and clean and highly pleasant. Great time!

The staff were very helpful. We were exhausted from a long flight and the front desk made sure our room was ready earlier than the usual checkin time. Nice quiet street and good selection of food for breakfast.
