Rooms only cleaned if you ask for device at the front desk. Pillows are thin but you can get extra at front desk. Breakfast is filling but limited variety. 5 minute walk to U bahn and shopping center.
Towels are small and worn no shampoo or conditioner or soap provided in shower. No room safe and minimal cupboard space.
I would stay at Novotel or Motel One for next visit that are at U bahn and shopping mall for a future visit

Excellent location to explore Munich if you don't mind driving or taking the train.
Parking is extra in case you do bring a car.
Breakfast was included in our rate and more German than continental (which you may enjoy depending on your preferences).
The rooms have bunk beds but lots of space. Shower and toilet (heated floor) are in separate rooms, which is nice.
Overall a great option of your on a budget.

No frills budget hotel, convenient for exhibition access opposite hotel.
Long wait for staff at check-in (25 mins), decent breakfast, unacceptable black mould in shower.

少しがっかり Staff, the guy just knocked 2 times and when i went to door after just 2 seconds , staff unlocked door and came inside room. I asked why to come inside without my permissions, he did angry for me because delay 5minutes for check out, 12:15pm i checked out, it was too rude to affect my privacy without my permissions, no one apologized for me
