The room was spacious and well decorated, however the toilet spray gun was rusted and the water boiling hot in the shower, with no way to cool it, making it unusable. The breakfast was very limited for western tastes, very poor for a hotel with this rating.

Special offer from Hotels.com which I took advantage of for one night in a Deluxe room. Enjoyed the stay. Found it restful, quiet and relaxing. Clean room with comfortable king size bed, softer than I'm used too, but very comfortable. Large room, compact balcony with Bistro table and chairs, overlooking the pool (by looking over the wall). Shower with good water pressure and soft towels. TV with a range of budget channels. Small capacity lift servicing 5 floors. The buffet breakfast offered a limited choice but was adequate. Didn't use the WiFi or swimming pool which looked good and went to a depth of around 2m.

I think this is a good property with minor shortcomings. They do not offer an iron and their kitchen is very limited with food and hours of availability.

Nice pool and handy location for Soi 5 in Pratamak. Nice large room with pool view and maid service was good. Only downside was had ants in my room particularly in the bathroom

Super value for money Awesome nieghbourhood lovely staff. AWESOME

Breakfast was amazing

Was not too happy with the Internet connection the Wi-Fi you had to keep logging in every 12 hours. Would like to see some improvement in this area.

It’s a little older facility. It has potential to be a real nice place
