Unbelievable value given the location and the standard for the room. Pub downstairs with karaoke and live music just to be aware. 10 minute walk into darling Harbour and super friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Staff were very friendly and let me check in early. Room is noisey but asides from that it's a great price for a great location with friendly staff.

Very good value and central location. I loved my room. It was renovated but still retained an antique charm. The staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive I enjoyed the full strength cocktails at bargain prices during happy hour. The meals are good too if you don't want to go out. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was terrible. The room was filthy. We turned on the ceiling fan on and dust went flying, it was clear this had not been cleaned in months. The mugs and cups were dirty. Stains on the bedding and towels. Dont be fooled by the 2021 renovation description, this place is run down and tired. Paint flaking, missing architrave. The AC units are noisy floor machines that vent out the window. No bath mat or hand towels. No where even to hang a hand towel in the bathroom! No hooks at all. We did kindly get switched to a different room for a night while they cleaned our room properly. However this other room was incredibly loud of road noise and the noise of the pub dwonstairs. Would not recommend this hotel at all

Door needs fixing

Great for transport from ferries, trains,trams and buses. Rooms are adequate but noisy from traffic,staff were really great.

Room was clean. Didn’t expect to be sharing bathrooms with other rooms. Toilet was clogged for a full day in in one of the bathrooms. Noisy street and building. Wifi didn’t work and neither did TV. When asking staff if they could help, they tried one thing it didn’t work and then never followed up. Wouldn’t stay here again I was excepting more of a hotel then a hostel feel.

For a cheap, one-night stay, quite suitable. Not a fan of a shared bathroom situation, but the amenities were clean and tidy.

Clean room, much better than previous stay when room had an odour. Staff & bar meals area both fantastic.
