One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at magnificent view and friendly staff

The restaurant and hotel is a work of art. The concert we attended was wonderful. It was close to many attractions. One of our three rooms fell short of the beautiful view. The restaurant food was amazing. We ate breakfast elsewhere.

Awesome maisonette suite and views, excellent breakfast, beautiful swimming pool.

Beautiful room and attentive staff

View from the room was stunning. Very clean. Housekeeping staff were very pleasant.

Room was clean, the view from the lobby was amazing. Central location.

Lovely staff. Room was spacious and a very good size. Spa and swimming pool was disappointing, didn’t look like the online photos and old and outdated. No sauna. More like a kids pool with weird lights and pretty cold.

I stayed here because I was attending a concert at the Philharmonie, and it couldn’t have been more convenient — it’s just steps away! The hotel is clean, modern, and within walking distance of many of Hamburg’s most iconic sights. A perfect choice for anyone visiting the city.

1. The reception desk blocked the payment twice on my two cards and the accountant department didn’t do anything to correct the mistake through I was asking for help because I needed the frozen funds. 2. Again, at the reception the staff didn’t give me the bill with the net payment, considering the frozen funds and the intermediate payments the hotel took from me during my stay. 3. The cleaning personnel didn’t do the job correctly until I tipped them. Nothing was changed even after my complaint. 4. The spa receptionist made not one, not two but three mistakes in making my appointments. Thus I had had to rearrange my schedule just because their mistake I was blamed for by them. I was not “clear enough” when I was making my appointments in person standing in front of the receptionist. 5. The breakfast was merely enough for 4 star hotel. In Zurich I had breakfast better in three star hotels.
