I would like to start with saying that staff was amazing!
It does lack of cleaning, there is evident black mold in rooms and some hallways. It is also very outdated. However, we promptly were given fresh linens and towels, toiletries.
I would not recommend this for a family with young children, because of the layout and the large amount of smoke from locals and clients. Make this be your personal judgement, whether your family would be accepting of this or not. Breakfast is not included. There is a 10$ fee per person and perhaps a discount for children. I did not use the Spa, so I cannot comment on that.

Gorgeous view, spacious room, clean but extremely dated and everything is in need of maintenance or a general knock down and rebuild!

Terrible hotel indeed, the room deco looks scary, and the shower in the bathroom is broken, the food tastes bad in Italian standard, and the parking is limited, I will never stay here again

Amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone it's next to the sea, clean, very friendly stuff. I had no negative experiences on my 1 night here we even got upgraded with a seaview room for free!

What a great place! Staff were very friendly and helpful, prior and during my stay. The views are amazing! Room small but comfortable. I was lucky to have a balcony that faced the town, which was a short walk to. Must stay

Excellent service, the staff helps a lot giving us information about areas around the property. The view and beaches in front of the hotel are breathtaking. Very happy with this place. We stayed for 6 nights. Thank you Federica, Chris and Caroline for all your help.

Hotel was in a lovely location overlooking beach. We were kindly given a nice sea view room with a balcony which we had requested. Only fault was there was only one chair on balcony which wasnt ideal for 2 people. Room/bathroom was comfortable and cleaned throughout our stay. We got airport transfer which was quick and reliable. Found staff to be very helpful and polite. Nice hotel which I would highly recommend...
