We truly enjoyed our stay. We arrived past 1 AM and their front desk staff checked us in very quickly. We were very impressed by the warm welcome. We got the Queen room with Jacuzzi which was one of the most spacious rooms we ever had. The breakfast was also extraordinary. I give a true 5 star to this hotel and its staffs.

とても良い Nice hotel, nice room, nice staff, nice breakfast. Only thing stopping it from having 5 stars is that tge Wi-Fi did not work in our room.

It was a very quiet area which was nice. Do wish the ac would stay on even when not in the room though cause it never did cool off.

This hotel was a great hotel at a great price. We stayed for a week and travelled all around the area. The food was delicious in Tutu restaurant. The staff were extremely helpful and would do anything for us. Thanks again to Michela and Elena at the front desk and Enzo and his staff in the dining room!!

Got there very late at dawn ( 5 am ) after a long drive the whole night, the person at the reception was waiting for us since midnight and gracious enough to let us leave late that same day after a well needed rest and shower, can not thank him enough, grazzie !

My Family and I had a great time in this hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable; the service was wonderful, and the TaTu restaurant is great too.
The only regret would be that is located in an industrial park, but it's perfect to access Florence and Pisa.
