the only disappointment was i was told by one of the staff that i would be able to have a night swim, he gave me a business card with his name and wrote my name & room number on it and he told me to show it if someone told me to leave the pool. well the doors are electronic and are timed so the pool was not accessible to me as I had been told. other than that, everything was fine.

The room was clean, and the pool area was great.
The only main issue was that our vehicle was broken into overnight, and the passenger seat was damaged. I wish they had more security in the area.
The staff was friendly, but I don’t think we’ll be going back due to safety concerns.

The hotel was awesome! The manager, think her name was Kayla, was awesome. Very professional. The ac in lobby and hallway on 2nd floor must’ve been broke. Very warm there but the room was very cold!! Beds were very comfortable but a little too high to get in! lol I would stay there again!

The desk manager during the day was training a new person very friendly. But my credit card was charged 5 times for my one stay at the hotel on a Sunday. She said I would have to wait 3 to 5 days for my money to be refunded to my bank. Even if it was there fault i got charged the excessive amount. I have received a partial amount as of Wednesday. Still waiting on the balance. It was an inconvenience because not everyone has money to just wait. It put us in a bind to travel back home with limited amount of money for gas and good.

少しがっかり There was no hot water in the shower, no hair dryer in the room. The door to the room wasn't sealed properly and one walking by could see into the room.

Restaurant/bar and pool were closed which weren’t advertised and the pool was one of the main reasons we booked here. One of our party’s car was broken into and property stolen. Management was rude to patrons. Price was good but certainly not worth the hassle.
