Nice clean room and hotel. Basic ammenities matching as advertised. Well positioned close to Racecourse Road, Portside Wharf and the airport. Easy access and parking and great connection to city via the City Cat.

On arrival staff were nice but not helpful in advising me about availability of meals just said I could walk down the road and I'd find a place.
Then when In room the aircon was blowing cold air and when asked came and fiddled with it left still cold air I requested a blanket and was given a sheet after quiet some time I was able to get it warming. Then had trouble using microwave as I'd ubered coles to deliver a frozen meal on asking for help she came up over half an hour later to check but I'd figured it out. Would not stay there again

Well positioned, accessible location. Rooms are well sound proofed - no significant traffic noise. Customer service is difficult. Reception is 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. You have to phone for instructions for late entry. I stated phoning at 1:00 pm. 4 messages later, on my 5th call at about 4:30 pm, and after I had diverted from my destination to the hotel because I had had no contact - I finally got through. Easily solved, once you had contact. None of my calls were returned even though I had asked each time in my message(s) - it relied on me fluking a real person on the other end to transact the details for a late arrival. Overall satisfied but frustrated with customer service.

Check in was great and lady on desk was very helpful. We have stayed at same motel quiet a few times and in same room.
Noticed this time the shower head needs replacing, it is broken and quite grotty.
Other than that, a perfect stay again,
We will be back on our next visit to Brisbane.

This motel accommodates exactly what you need. It’s a reasonably priced motel, in a great location for the airport and is clean.
There are minor renovations going on around the reception, and I hope they look at upgrading the bathrooms in the rooms next.

My only real complaint , would be the check in process and the TV did not work at all...!!!
