Handy for the city centre, restaurants and the metro which also links to the airport train. Friendly staff 24x7.
Our room could have done with a spruce up, the bathroom in particular. The shower screen seal was dirty with mould and the shower head didn't stay upright on its riser so was basically pointing at the wall away from you. The sink was also far too big for the space, making it difficult to get to the toilet, more so if you were a large person.
We didn't raise this with reception as we were only staying two nights and were pretty tired, so don't know how they would have rectified at least the shower.

Great location, easily commutable to attractions. 24h reception but night staff not as diligent or helpful as day staff.
Cleaning staff did the bare minimum.
Water machine for all guests is a nice touch and value add.

Great location near the Saône river with plenty of nearby activities and wonderful restaurants. It made a great central location for our Lyon vacation. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Very nice, conveniently located hotel in the city center. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good selection and fresh breads, meats and cheeses were available. Easy walk across the river for an invigorating hike up to the basilica.
