Clean room and bed is comfortable

Thanks for arranging us at a lower floor as we have elders in the group

The space was perfect and so clean and exactly what I expected. I was on the 5th floor and it’s only small narrow stairs to get all the way up there. If I was a lighter packer and a little younger this would’ve been the perfect spot! Very cute little neighborhood and it’s not far from a bigger busier neighborhood! The host was very patient and helpful too. there are some house rules to stick too such as keeping your shoes off inside and making sure not to use the ac too much but honestly it was completely fine and the rules were reasonable! Loved having the small kitchen and a sizeable fridge for my snacks! Loved it !

Perfect little loft apartment for my husband 4 year old and I. Had everything we needed Great location. Excellent host communication. We cant wait to come back.

Convenient location, good price, helpful staff

It was a very homey place. Very spacious and had many amenities such as a kitchen and washing machine! The location was central to shinjuku and it was very easy to get around!

It's a micro apartment, not a hotel so don't expect hotel like service and amenities. I knew that going in, so no problem. We were in the ground floor apartment, fortunately as my wife would have been unable to deal with the narrow stairs. The location is convenient to 3 train stations so getting anywhere is easy. A 7-11 across the street and a My Basket market 5 minutes away. Also several places to eat, but you're better off going up 1 station to Nakano for a better restaurant selection. Room was quiet. Our room had a loft bed that was useless to us, as I'm 196cm tall and 68 yrs old, so not going to crawl into that tiny space. Bathroom is typical, except there is a washing machine. Room also has a kitchen with a stove, fridge and microwave. If you want a "hotel experience" look elsewhere. If you don't mind a self serve apartment, it would work. We stayed 2 days, which was enough.

Close to trains and amenities

Close to everything. Compact, great place.

Nice and quiet area. Easy to check in and walking distance from station. Room is clean and everything is working perfectly. Really recommend this place.
