This was one of my favorite bookings from hotel.com. The property is in a phenomenal location. So many shops, tourist destinations and restaurants/bars within walking distance. Room was small but quaint, clean and ac worked great. The only thing I was unhappy with was the incorrect listed information regarding “hotel shuttle.” All the staff will do is call a cab service for you, it is not included in the stay and will run you roughly 50€. You’re better off using cabify. Other than that minor inconvenience, I would 100% stay here again

少しがっかり I was very disappointed for a few reasons. One of which I won’t divulge because it would seriously affect their reputation but the fact that they just “fixed” the issue they did not “make it up to me” like they promised in any way. I also had an issue the night before I left and they just made excuses. It was probably one of the worst experiences for me and I’ve stayed at a lot of various hotels and accommodations.

In general a nice stay, convenient location, clean and comfortable room with hot buffet breakfast.
My improvement suggestions are control noise when working / cleaning before 8 am and cook breakfast eggs a little more.
