Unfortunately Night 1 - A/C was found not to work in our suite, so we changed rooms to a nice upgraded roomwith a beautiful mezzanine bedroom located on the opposite wing of property.
Unfortunatey we found that the A/C in this room also did not work, and being that it was out of the daily afternoon sun it didn't get quite as hot. We chose not to move and reported it on check out.
The staff was wonderful, we had to leave at 3:00am to catch a flight, and the wonderful young man was nice enough to turn on the coffee machine just so I could take a coffee with me.
The only other complaint I have was the number of children (mostly toddlers) that were running around. There wasn't a moment you could enjoy the pool or go for a meal without hearing screaming kids or kids running around.
Over all, I would absolutely go back, I would just want to be assured of working A/C as well as pick a better time (if there is one?) where there are less children (My baby days are well beind me.)
