IF YOU DON’T SPEAK FRENCH, you’ll receive a sour face right in the desk.
Julia, the lady that did our check in and sadly the check out seems that she does not like speak anything but French.
But don’t worry, it is a general behaviour in Montreal and Quebec if you don’t speak French. I’m from Costa Rica and if someone doesn’t speak English, will find the way to help the tourist. It is a must here speak French, even if you’re tourist.
As I always said. If a do a review is because I not coming back again,

You couldn't possibly be closer to public transportation and that's this place's saving grace.
The room needed to be vacuumed, the surfaces were sticky and I had to wipe them down myself, there was small trash and detritus strewn around and behind the bed - an ear plug, a child's earring, a gummy bear.
The breakfast was fine, though the price seemed high for just cold items. Nevertheless, I couldn't speak more highly of the breakfast attendants, who were lovely and efficient.

We enjoyed our stay here. Although the exterior building and lobby are dated, our room appeared to be recently renovated and was very comfortable and clean. The service we received at the front desk was exceptional and helpful as we were looking for assistance to get around the city. The location was perfect if you wanted to take the metro into the city and there are several food options nearby.

Très pratique pour journée de conférence sur l’île de Montréal. J’ai pu laisser ma voiture dans le stationnement toute la journée. La station de métro est juste en face donc c’était facile et rapide!
