Honestly room 361 has black mold in the shower walls. The staff were nice, however somehow the housekeeping of my room was more: refil my coffee, sugar, make my bed and give me a free bottle of water. Honestly the shower needs to be scrubbed.

The room was incredibly clean. We were welcomed by Rafael who gave us a quick rundown on the city. Either way most of Frankfurt’s popular attractions are within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay at Avani Frankfurt City Hotel. The location is excellent—close to practically everything and in a very safe area, making it perfect for exploring the city. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, always willing to help and welcoming us with a genuine smile. Their hospitality really made a difference. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable family stay. The bar and restaurant are a real bonus and add a great touch to the overall experience. The breakfast was simply outstanding—the best I’ve had in Frankfurt, and I’ve tried quite a few hotels over the years. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Frankfurt. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This hotel was a great stay, the staff was lovely, the kids found the hotel amazing and our suite was just perfect. The location was great, close walks to the mall and great food 10/10 would recommend Family friendly and would stay here again

Great hotel perfectly located near to all the local attractions and city centre. Easily accessible. Excellent breakfast with plenty to choose from. Friendly staff, clean modern rooms and a nice atmosphere. 👌

I enjoyed my stay. I was first given a room where it was so hot, no amount of air conditioning seems to work. As soon as I went to front desk, I was given a different room. The property is easy to walk around. The breakfast is fantastic!
