Great location, rooms and the Sonora grill
Love the pool, jacuzzi and barbershop. Breakfast buffet and the shops in lobby are wonderful. Staff very attentive. Definate place to stay in Mexico City

We stayed in the VIP room level, and it was absolutely amazing. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, making our stay especially enjoyable.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from each morning. The quality of the food and the attentive service made for a great start to the day.
The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well located. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would gladly stay at Barceló México Reforma again on our next visit to Mexico City. Highly recommended!

The hotel was beautiful and cleaned. I was disappointed that upon arrival I was offered two queen beds and I had reserved a king bed. The staff person was not very helpful at the beginning. She mentioned I needed to reserve a premium room to warranty the room with a king bed. I asked if there was a room with a king bed and she said no, it was sold out. I insisted and was irritated, I didn’t want two queen beds. I went with my husband and wanted to enjoy my stay comfortably. I told her I would pay the difference I didn’t have a problem with that and magically there was a room. I feel she should’ve offered the room with the king bed without me telling her that I would pay the difference. To make the story short, I got my room with the king bed and was lovely. I would give a 5 star to everything besides the little hiccup 😉😉😉Be very careful when making reservations since is not very clear.😉
