The front desk staff at the reception behaviour was terrible and unprofessional.

Unfortunately we did not have a pleasant stay. The best thing about the hotel was the price. Breakfast was good too. We arrived with a small child. The room we were offered smelled terrible. The staff was helpful though and we were offered alternative rooms but had to split up as they could not put a cod in the other rooms. It was very hot and the rooms have no air conditioning which make them very uncomfortable. The hotel is frequented mostly by trades people. The pictures on Expedia were deceiving. Not recommended for families or couples. Free parking is available though there are warning signs about thefts.

Overall its an average hotel ,while staff is excellent . Summer is not good in this hotel as they dont have AC and Fan is not efficient to cool down

Be mindful of the area, especially if you plan on taking the tram. It is quite remote, and the walk to the tram is a bit shady.

Just stopped in for the evening. Everything was fine and the breakfast was good. Would stay again.

No phone in the rooms for wake up call.

Great ratio location - quality - service - price. Parking could be free.

Large room. Clean, but small bathroom. Exellent breakfast.
