The staff were very helpful and kind. Our first room had a smelly bathroom, but we were moved to another room that did not smell. It was a bit older than we thought, but all if old Lisbon is very old. Overall it was an interesting place to stay. The location was fun.

We really enjoyed the location. The bedroom was ok, bed was comfortable, shower was good, wifii perfect and access to kitchen great for quick breakfast. The hotel would need a bit of upgrade. Noisy at night until 1am but normal for the area and no problem with earplugs.

This place was wonderful, the staff were so kind and helpful and it was really welcoming. Loved our stay here. As two young adults it was great being in the centre of town.

Too many stairs for an old man

Being right in an area that came alive in the evening, meant more noise. Usually settled down by 1 am. We enjoyed our stay and the amenities were very close. We walked almost everywhere. The room was clean and the staff were helpful.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating to us, great service. The location is amazing, right in the middle of he lively Bairro Alto. We had a room facing the street but the balcony door did a great job blocking the noise and didn't bother our sleep. The A/C unit was a plus!

It”s ok. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is very convenient. Lots of restaurants and bars around. The only thing is people from the bars that stays late at night keep making noises which makes it uncomfortable to fall asleep. Other than that it’s ok.
