For the price, this hotel was great. The only thing that threw me off was I had to share a bathroom. I looked back at my booking and didn’t see anywhere that I would not have a private bathroom, so that was a major disappointment. Otherwise I appreciated the proximity to the metro and other downtown areas.

Terrible checkin, room was too hot to sleep in so we left after the first night and booked somewhere else. Service was horrible

The room was clean and the service was consistent and prompt. We had to air out the room a bit when we arrived as it smelled a bit damp - but other than that everything was setup perfectly. Great work.

Clean rooms Easy check in No air conditioning was a problem for a Canadian arriving from -40 winter. The area is a little rough approached from some homeless down on their luck.

The check-in process was smooth, communication was clear, and any questions were handled quickly and professionally. What really stood out was the atmosphere: relaxed, simple, and efficient. No unnecessary fuss, just a place that works well and lets you enjoy your stay in Sydney without stress. I would definitely stay here again and recommend Bayswater Boutique Lodge to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and well-managed place to stay.
