The room was DIRTY, we said something and it was never thoroughly cleaned I think the property is okay but the FOOD left a lot to be desired and the CHARGES AND CONFUSION FROM VOLARIS… a separate LETTER IS COMING…. EXPEDIA…. You’re at a D MINUS WITH ME AND IM GOING TO SHARE IN SOCIAL MEDIA

My entire stay was absolutely spectacular, from the moment I arrived until the very end. Everything was well-organized, welcoming, and exceeded my expectations. I genuinely enjoyed every aspect of my stay and found it easy to relax and make the most of my time there. The food options were excellent, with a great variety to choose from, and I was impressed by the quality and overall selection. There was always something enjoyable to eat, which made the experience even better. The pool was another highlight of my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained it was, and it provided the perfect place to relax and unwind. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable stay.

Absolutely amazing resort. The food was a little bland, but nothing would ruin our stay there. It was fantastic.

I didn’t like that as soon as you get in the door, they’re trying to schedule you for a timeshare, presentation. Most of the staff was great one lady in particular named Judith was very rude to us. One of our bracelets for the resort fell off in the ocean while swimming and they wanted to charge $100 to get another one which was a must for the all inclusive. Pools close by 8 I will go back to Cancun, but I will never stay at this resort again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived at 8:30am they were able to get our villa ready within the hour. The property was very nice plenty of pools to go to. The one thing the pools could have been cooler. It also would have been nice to have alcohol in the rooms. Other than that we had a great time.

Sin duda alguna fueron una vacaciones perfectas, este hotel me encantó, la atención, es muy limpio la comida es riquísima bien elaborada y en especial en los restaurantes de reservas, volvería sin dudarlo, los cantinero del lobby te preparan unos tragos de lujo, quedamos encantado con este hotel

Great place!

This property was terrible. Everything was rundown rooms are very dirty full of mold in the restrooms pools were dirty. Property lacked good food. It was small nothing to do and was terrible. I would not recommend this property to anybody.
