Well started badly hotel is actually a OYO hotel in disguise and is basically an old condo building the bathrooms where cramped and not easy to use if over 6ft. No smoking on balconys. Breakfast was cold even at 7am when the restaurant opened no noise signs after 8pm written everywhere, had to argue to get my breakfast and involve expedia i really wished i had not booked this hotel. The bed was like a brick and the hotel rents rooms monthly which is not a good mix with hotel guests. Its run Down and needs a lot of updating.

Ive stay before last year and they have completed some renovations. Very appealing outside appearances with a simple but useful interior. An inexpensive place that may not be exactly convenient to a lot of people in location but perfect for many. Western people will find it simple with basic needs met but familiar. Staff is friendly although not strong with English. Strong enough that I who is myself weak with Thai had little trouble communicating my needs. Short walk to the main road has shops and restaurants.

The staff were amazing, room service was immaculate, rates were perfect.

Hard to communicate with the hotel staff - none of them speak English. I was told I have no reservation at 11pm tired from my flight I showed the confirmation I got from expedia and they are looking for a 9 digits confirmation number so I have to contact expedia to resend the confirmation to the hotel. Waited too long for them to figure out my reservation.

Overall room was nice. However, housekeeping/cleaning was definitely horrible. A used condom was in garbage bin as they don't change the bag. Black water was in the water boiler, obviously they don't empty or clean up the boiler. Sheets and towels are with some serious stains. The dirtiest hotel I ever stayed in Thailand.

I enjoyed my 3 days stay on. Room was clean and cozy. WiFi was fast. Service was excellent, thanks to the lobby customer service! Only minus is location which is quite far away from transportation (MRT), so car or taxi is recommended.
