良い I booked through Travelocity and got an accessible room that I did not select. Very disappointing.
Pros:
Clean
Great location to shops etc.
Safe located in the room
Breakfast was ok (although there were a few chipped dishes)
Cons:
Rooms are MUCH smaller than the pictures on Travelocity. Disappointing!!!!!
No microwave
The toilet and the plumbing in general is ridiculously noisy
AC Malfunctioned
Noisy area- Alexandra House (for the homeless) is next door. There were several addicts and homeless people lying around. This should be stated. Was scary.
The door apparently closes at 10pm. I wasn't told this by my check in agent but overhead someone else checking in another guest.
Spotty internet. I couldnt stay connected. Was frustrating.
Staff was average.

The room was too small for a double bed. The layout was wrong. The edge of the bed was too close to the window and so struggled to get out that side.
Better of loosing the sofa on the other side and have more space for both sides of the bed.
The bathroom sink bowl was set into a marble cover but was too far so had to lean over or spill water outside the bowl.
There was only half a shower screen and so water spilt onto the floor making it a health and safety hazard. Breakfast was limited choice for vegetarians
AC was good and so was TV and the actual shower. Quiet location but nearby shops and restaurants. Separate paid parking option was convenient opposite.

Was a very small room with the sofa bed made up as a 2nd bed and the curtains and nets didn't close properly meaning it was too bright from early morning.
The air con wouldn't stay on (10th floor in summer) so that wasn't great.
Breakfast was lovely just a shame that the plates were all chipped and old.
Was lovely and clean and a great location for getting in and out of Central London but could do with a bit of an update generally.
