Excellent location but the hotel is relatively old. The furniture looks aged but the bedding is comfortable.

I booked Pinnacle because it was one of the more affordable options over weekend that was going to be very expensive in Vancouver overall I was very satisfied the room was nice large and mostly clean the hotel is showing its age everything is a little dated from the rugs to the doors Etc but that was fine and I can see that they are planning Renovations so I'm sure it will be better in in the near future breakfast was great I really enjoyed the restaurant area and the staff were very kind to us and our young daughter I would stay again as the location was very Central

We got right into our room and upgraded for our one night stay. The dinky hot tub was cold. Had a good breakfast. Liked the view outside.

Stayed in one of the newly renovated, ocean view rooms on the 17th floor and it was well worth the upgrade! Staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly. 12/10 would recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in us finding our way around the city. The food at the Bistro was great. The waiter was very nice as was the bartender. The room was nice and we could see the port from our room. Watch the plane take off on the water watch the boats. See the mountains.

Hotel centrally located close to lots of restaurants and the waterfront. You are able to walk to the cruise launch sites. Hotel restaurant was bright and inviting. The staff was excellent! Thank you for a pleasant stay!
