Great to get a call a couple of hours after I arrived for staff to ask if everything was OK - yes it was.
My one recommendation - extremely firm beds are not good for everyone. I had a terrible sleep as the mattress was so firm there was insufficient 'give' to support my body correctly, and my hips were aching.

Really good place to stay - we went to a show at Trusts Arena and the location was perfect for that - very short walk away. Staff were friendly. Good stay

Lots of parking, close location to shopping centres etc. Friendly staff. Clean room. Smell around the hotel wasn't nice, almost like a urine smell but that could be due to plants situated around the hotel and it was raining also. We had room 106. Easy to find close parking and nice and quiet. Shower pressure was awesome.
Just a Lil note. If your room does not have a kitchen take bottled water to fill the kettle. Seems unhygienic to fill kettle from the bathroom basin.

I’m asking whether Expedia can include this $100 bond in the total cost breakdown, as I overlooked it. Having it shown in the full total would help remind future customers to read the details carefully. Overall, the stay was comfortable, with easy access to everything we needed. The amenities were convenient, and it made for a great overnight stay.
