The check-in process was smooth. Accommodation for early and late luggage storage. The facility was clean and in good condition. Well-thought activities for kids! My 4-year-old and 2-year-old had great time here at South Garden Hotels and Resorts. Would love to stay again when we come back to Taiwan!

設施很完善，有游泳池、兒童遊戲區，房間還有溫泉可以泡湯，很適合一家老小一起渡假，但美中不足的地方是，小孩的餐具叉子跟湯匙是免洗餐具，消毒鍋只有消毒功能沒有烘乾。

小朋友很愛這次的住宿體驗

（一）這裡距離我家20分鐘車程，是本地唯一的溫泉旅館，它的溫泉真有效，每泡一次皮膚都會變得光滑，多年來的經驗都一樣。 （二）幾年前在這裡吃過美好的自由早餐，在疫情後改了＂台式＂早餐就很難吃了。前年住宿吃一次，今天又吃一次。印象中菜色完全沒改變，尤其蒸魚排，那是很大片的完整魚肉（將魚的兩面直接剖下來蒸，有住客一次拿一大片，把盤子填滿)，可是很腥，我一打開保溫的蓋子，就有一股腥味撲來，不敢吃。印象很深，是因為上次也有這道很腥的魚，我從來沒有在任何旅館或餐廳吃過這麼腥的魚。 （三）早餐的熱食大多冷掉，沒有有效保溫，煎蛋、蛋餅、蘿蔔糕、刈包，都是冷的，今天早上戶外氣溫２１度，應該影響不大。

洗手台太高，不利於小班的幼兒，建議有小梯子輔助

很適合親子住宿的一家飯店

Free upgrade, excellent room, great breakfast. Only thing is that it’s quite far from anything so you will need to take taxis

The hotel was strange. Some parts were very well maintained, others were completely in ruins. Rusted stair cases, side moldings falling apart. Rooms were in some need of upkeep especially the soaking tub, I wouldn't dare use it. Needs some scrubbing but there were water stains all over it. The spa pool and showers were okay. Of the 5-6 Jacuzzi areas 2 were closed. Lots of the jets didnt work and the ones that worked well were hogged by the rude folks from China. Service was good but the food at the restaurant was hit or miss. Outrageous markups for cheap wine. Don't even bother with the cocktail bar as the drinks were a joke. Also nothing to do in the area, as the hotel is in a secluded neighborhood.

it's ok, if thr check out time can be delay to 1 or 12 is better, since we got our flight on 4, and the area is nothing to ealk around, so we jist can go to aieport earlier and havr lunch there.
