Even with the mini fridge in the room, this place is in need of a serious upgrade. The 1990s called and they want their amenities back.
For the €26 price of breakfast, the quality was severely lacking.
No USB ports in the room.

It was an average hotel, nothing more and nothing less. Made me wonder how clean the room was made up to due to the fact the amenities in the shower weren't stocked up. If they can't do that, what else could they be cutting corners on ????

I usually only stay here at the end of a business trip. It is super convenient to catch early flights from the BRU airport and they have a good shuttle service to the airport.
My only complaint, and I don’t know when it started, but the last two times I’ve stayed, the restaurant was only serving an overpriced (€30+), sub-par, cafeteria style buffet for dinner. No other menu items.

良い The staff wasn’t helpful. Everyone was slow and they gave us poor instructions for the shuttle bus which caused us to waste over an hour of time at airport returning our rental. Would recommend looking elsewhere even though it might cost a bit more. Ended up using an uber to the airport rather than the shuttle because it was inconvenient.

The hotel is build 60 years ago and feels you are going back in time
Everything is quite dated.
The bed feels like a wooden shelf .
Tv is not working .
The water in the shower goes from very hot to very cold without even touching it
Would recommend to stay at Van Der Valk Hotel.

良い Average airport hotel. Hot water changed temperature repeatedly in shower. Shuttle bus to airport did drop off far from airport entrance.

Front desk was very helpful. Costs $20 euros to get to from the airport. A city bus runs right in front of the hotel so you do not need a taxi back to the airport. Good hotel for an overnight and an early flight.
