Charming staff, beautiful room, great breakfast. Perhaps worth noting that pool is not actually on site but via a small car park area - as previous guests we knew that in advance and not an issue.

Fantastic welcome from Lulu and Orwell. We were upgraded to a lovely big suite.
The hotel is lovely, great staff, beautiful pool area and good breakfasts. This was our 4th stay and we would return in a heartbeat!

Excellent location across the road from the V&A Waterfront. Although we did eat breakfast once at the sister hotel (Victoria & Alfred) which is on the waterfront, we preferred the Manor House for its boutique feel and calm atmosphere.
The location is completely safe which enabled us to walk around without concern day or night.
Excellent breakfast.
